LEAGUE CITY – It’s the last night of the regular season for girls basketball, with playoff hopes on the line for two county teams.

Clear Creek (5-6) and Dickinson (5-6) currently share a fourth-place tie in District 24-5A, with must-win road games for each team slated for tonight.

If the Lady Wildcats defeat the Lady Wolverines (6-5) at Clear Brook tonight, and Dickinson handles an 0-11 Brazoswood on the road, it sets up a three-way tie in the district.

A Dickinson win and Clear Creek loss would end the Wildcats’ season. Clear Springs has a comfortable lock on the district title with an 11-0 record, while Clear Falls tries to hang on to second place.
