Why wouldn’t a signal light be necessary?

    I"m the guy who put articles in the paper about those "3rd Lanes" not being used...anyway, the traffic lights probably should stay, as the "test" of those lights were done at the wrong time. They did the test when school was NOT in session. Really? Watch, they will end up putting them back up when the first kid gets hit or cyclist falls. Yep, no common sense at all. The Texas Avenue light is not being used, so that was a plus.

    For the same reason they thought closing the right lanes of Palmer to through traffic was a grand idea. They do not use common sense but rely on their imperical studies
    to make decisions.
