"Cooky" is an apt description of this monoloque. To say Roady has a higher conviction rate and lower dismissal rate is ludicrous and false.

    Fred Mueller-felony intoxication manslaughter: DISMISSED

Joshua Bledsoe-felony armed robbery: DIRECTED VERDICT OF ACQUITTAL for withholding evidence from the defense.

    Nara Wilson-felony murder: DISMISSED

Chris Gimenez-misdemeanor deadly conduct: DISMISSED AND THEN LIED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE TO KEEP WHAT HE DID FROM PUBLIC VIEW.

Roady is a disgrace to this county and the Office of District Attorney.
