Top 5 lessons learned from the primaries

Rules of Conduct

    If the runoff gets any uglier, I think I'll extend my Memorial Day vacation![smile]

    With the sheer number of run-offs and two being county-wide, the turn out should be better than a typical run-off. Not as high as 2012 run-off but comparable. Other than that most candidates can only expect one quarter of the folks will get back out and vote.

    Listowski, Rawlins and Hoffman picked off votes for Guisti. Andy McDonald picked off votes for O'Brien. I have a feeling that JP 1 and county commiss 2 get really ugly before it's over. Run-off strategies are a little different than regular campaigns.
