    I was thinking the same thing while reading it yesterday. I think they call it a misplacement of prepositional phrase. Or, inverted word order.

    Next story we hear will probably be, "Couple At Pho 20 Get Food Poisoning From Vietnam."

    Chief Davis and his guards are second to none. It is incredible the difference they make to the safety of the locals and Island visitors. Job well done.
