Registration is now being accepted for the S.T.A.N.D. Galveston County Women’s Conference presented by Sheila B. Ministries Inc. at www.sheilab.org. The conference will begin at 6 p.m. March 28 and at 7 a.m. March 29 and will be at the Greater St. Matthews Baptist Church, 6333 state Highway 6, in Hitchcock. Early registration is $35 by Sunday and $40 afterward. There also will be a S.T.A.N.D. Prayer Rally with Dr. Dandy Cullins from Houston from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. today at the church. Call 409-986-5453.
