Church of True Faith will celebrate its fifth anniversary with a gospel musical at 5 p.m. today at 832 Fifth Ave. N. in Texas City. The Southern Sons of Memphis, Tenn., will be the featured guests. Greater Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church will have its Covered by the Blood program at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at 3506 Ave. N12 in Galveston. The Rev. M.C. Dotson and the New Beginnings Baptist Church will be the guests. Attendees are encouraged to wear red or red accessories. The church also will have a luncheon with its pastor, the Rev.
