  • The Daughters of the King and Grace Episcopal Church will sponsor a quiet morning service from 9 a.m. to noon today at 1115 36th St. in Galveston. The Rev. Meredith Holt, who just returned from the Holy Land, will lead the service. All are welcome.
  • St. Christopher Episcopal Church’s Good Shepherding School and Love Council will present Priscilla Boos, speaker, certified grief recovery specialist, and author of “Meet Me at the Bakery: My Journey Through Grief and Back to Life” from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. today at 2508 St. Christopher Ave. in League City.
