  • The O’Neal’s Galveston Palms Domino Tournament will be Tuesday through Oct. 24 at the Old Central Cultural Center, 2627 Ave. M, in Galveston. The entry fee is $60.   • The Galveston Detachment No. 668 of the Marine Corps League will host the MCL Department of Texas Fall Staff Conference today through Sunday at the Hilton Galveston Island Resort, 5400 Seawall Blvd., in Galveston. A service honoring fallen Marines will be at 5 p.m. Friday at the Galveston County Vietnam Memorial at Moody Gardens. A tour of the Lone Star Flight Museum will be afterward.
