The University of Texas Medical Branch will conduct a series of community discussions meant to provide academicians more perspectives on bioethical issues evolving in the health care industry from  6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursdays through Feb. 13 at St. John Lutheran Church’s annex building, 39th Street and Avenue L in Galveston.
