This year’s Dickens may be chilly and wet

    Well, for what it counts......it should be more "authentic", if you are trying to create a London Christmas atmosphere. Just dress warm.

    Well, the possibilities in December in Galveston are: 1. foggy, stagnant, humid, and damp, 2. bone chilling, dry and windy, or 3. bone chilling, wet, rainy, and windy.

    That's why the tourists can have all their fun and spend all their $. Go for it, and dress accordingly. Many of the rest of us are sitting by our fireplaces, having hot coffee and soup.

    Ugh, I've been watching the forecast shift ever earlier this past week or so. Dickens during nice weather is much better for tourism and events personnel both!
