The holiday are upon us. While I'm sure that for most of you out there that means warm and fuzzy memories of big meals and then Christmas trees and presents soon after, I'm not quite so jolly.
For me, this season means I have to pretend to be cheerful and that I'll be hearing a lot of bad music on the radio and in every freaking store I walk into (Sorry to all you Christmas music lovers. I just can't stand it). I could really do without all the jingle bells and decking the halls and what not. Call me a scrooge if you want, but before your ears are bombarded by songs about sleigh bells and snow, head out and get a heaping serving of live music. That's my cure for the holidays.
